SERVICES

We offer a range of services to our customers including:

Repair Welding - when a part breaks, a repair is needed. We can fix it.

Production - when one or many parts need to be produced we can help you with that.

Design and Prototyping - Do you need to solve a problem, but aren't quite sure how? We can help with that.

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) - This is what you may have heard called "stick welding" or maybe even  "arc welding". This is a tried and proven, robust process that is just as relevant today as ever. This is a great process for steel and sometimes stainless steel, as well as other specialty repairs such as cast iron.

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) - This is the process you may have heard called TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas). If you know an old-timer you might even have heard it called "Heliarc". All of these names refer to the same process, and it is a very versatile one. TIG welding can be used for any metal that is weldable, including mild steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, nickel, inconel, aluminum, magnesium, and even titanium.

Plasma Arc Cutting (PAC) - This is a quick process for cutting metal, usually with less distortion than oxy-fuel cutting processes due to reduced heat input.

Stick (SMAW)

This process is ideally suited for thicker materials and heavier weldments.

TIG (GTAW)

This process is suitable for any metal that can be welded and produces the vaunted "stack of dimes" weld bead. This is the process used in aerospace and Nascar, as well as many other applications.

Plasma cutting (PAC)

Plasma cutting is a fast method of cutting practically any metal and with less heat-induced distortion than oxy-fuel processes.
