Walker Welding and Fabrication founder Derrick S. Walker brings a vast technical background to bear in his current role as owner of Walker Welding and Fabrication. Derrick holds multiple degrees including Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology - Civil from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Associate of Applied Science in Welding Technology and Associate of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology from Western Piedmont Community College, Certificate in Welding Technology from Western Piedmont Community College, and Certificate in Business Administration from Catawba Valley Community College, as well as other certificates and diplomas. Derrick has been involved throughout his career with projects ranging from residential remodeling to project management on multi-million dollar highway construction projects. With a level of education, training, and experience virtually unheard of in the welding industry, he is qualified to handle any project you may have.
